Role

As an Accounts and Admin at Chasel Solutions, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial and administrative processes. Based in Singapore, you will handle key accounting tasks, manage administrative duties, and support the team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for organised, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about contributing to the success of a growing organisation in the Asia-Pacific region.

This role reports to the Managing Director, with a dotted line to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, invoices, and budgets in collaboration with the business and services teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process expense reimbursements, payroll, and vendor payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate office operations, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, etc.
  • Support the Managing Director and Operations Director with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organising company events.
  • Support audit preparations by compiling documentation and liaising with external auditors or regulatory bodies as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for client engagements, including preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Profile

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin professional to join our team. You should have a proven track record in accounting and administrative roles, with the ability to manage complex tasks and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other regional languages is a plus.
