Roles & Responsibilities

The Client :

A global leading multinational invesment bank HQ in America, is looking for a Operations Analyst to join the Product Data Quality team on a renewable contract role (with visibiltiy on perm conversion).

The Team :

Product Data Quality is a high-value risk management team in Operations, responsible for governance programs ensuring critical securities modelling and pricing data is accurate, complete, and scalable — supporting most trade and client functions.

Responsibilities

Build strong product knowledge; engage with traders, strategists, and ops teams
Resolve data exceptions, investigate technical issues, and support new data needs
Collaborate with global teams to solve complex reference data problems
Manage vendor relationships to enhance data quality
Drive process improvements and support global implementations
Partner with tech and project teams on key data initiatives

Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize effectively

Team player who works well under pressure

Experiece in Trade Operations or Banking Operations preferred.

Strong Excel skills, big plus if you have worked with SQL.

12 months renewable contract role with permanent visibilty.
