Description
Summary
A highly matured and independent individual responsible for course administration in PwC’s Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure that L&D courses are rolled-out as planned, and finance adminstration in the Human Capital (HC) space. This individual will work cohesively with other members of the L&D and HC teams, as well as internal stakeholders to support the delivery of L&D courses, and is required to display strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Additionally, this individual will :
In the L&D space (50%) :
- Support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiatives
- Administer course registration and enrollment process
- Monitor status of training completion and follow up
- Assist in the preparation of training reports
- Providing technical support associated with online courses
- Attend to any other-training related administrative and logistics matters
- Assist and participate in L&D ad hoc projects
In the Finance Administration role (50%)

A diploma holder with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative and accounting / finance related workFresh graduates with basic accounting / finance knowledge will be requiredGood interpersonal, time management & project management skillsMeticulous, self-motivated, organized and able to follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlinesProficient with using formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (including the use of formulas such as PIVOT tables, Vlookup or Index Match)Experience with using learning management system, digital applications and system like Webex, MS Teams and Google applications will be preferredA critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and writing skillsA team player with a high level of agilityEducation
