Salary $8,000 - $10,000

Location : Central

Responsibilities :

• Planning, budgeting and execution of expansion and renovation of projects.
• Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept design to completion
• Compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability and long-term asset management.
• Prepare reports and updates of progress
• Support maintenance and facility improvement initiatives with various departments
