Working Days & hours : Monday to Friday | (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Job Description
- Handle & Answer phone calls.
- Attend to walk-in visitors.
- Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing and sorting of documents.
- Scheduling shortlisted candidates for interview.
- Assist with HR department when needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
- Training will be provided for those without prior experience.
Requirements :
Minimum O' LevelWith Nitiec Office skills is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft office.Willing to learn and hardworking.Have a pleasant personality and a team player.Able to start immediatelyWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
