Job description

Location : International Plaza (near to Tanjong Pagar Mrt)

Working Days & hours : Monday to Friday | (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Job Description

  • Handle & Answer phone calls.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors.
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing and sorting of documents.
  • Scheduling shortlisted candidates for interview.
  • Assist with HR department when needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
  • Training will be provided for those without prior experience.

Requirements :

  • Minimum O' Level
  • With Nitiec Office skills is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Willing to learn and hardworking.
  • Have a pleasant personality and a team player.
  • Able to start immediately
