We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the success of our product portfolio by managing go-to-market strategies, product lifecycle activities, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to increase product adoption, market share, and profitability.
Product lifecycle Management Responsibility :
- Product-based Campaigns Develop and launch product campaigns Align with cross-functional team (e.g., Product Supply, Pricing) to ensure smooth launch of product campaigns Take ownership to ensure implementation (e.g., Product Benefits Training for Sales, etc.) and monitoring of launch plans, including activities for Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, etc.
- Product Care and phase-out Implement product portfolio management capabilities to drive processes such as re-launch, re-positioning, phase-in / phase out, data management, etc. in consultation with RPM team.
- Product idea to realization Institute a systematic process to collect and evaluate product requirements and feedback from the market Support definition of product priorities based on Festo values, Festo positioning, and market needs with various stakeholders (Industry Segment and Cluster teams) As necessary, work with Global Product Management and / or Regional TECs to ensure an efficient and effective product development cycle
- Product Steering Working with the BDM to take the monitoring of sales performance and translate gaps into sales actions Working with the BDM on sales incentives and key focusses to drive sales. Develops local target applications with Application Engineer. Defines local demands on Processes and Tools requirements
Lead the cluster product marketing team
Setting Goals and Objectives : Defining clear goals and objectives for the team and aligning them with Sales Cluster and Global goals.Leading and Directing : Providing guidance, direction, and support to the team.Building Relationships : Fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.Managing Performance : Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and coaching team members.Developing Talent : Identifying and developing the skills and potential of team membersCollaborate with relevant cluster and country functions in achieving the right product mix.
Establish the right pricing corridor for new product launch along cluster pricing teamTeam up with cluster digital marketing and offline marketing team to promote the focussed productsSupport supply chain team in demand planning based on the demand from marketSupport the technical sales and application team in developing the training material for salesJob Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product or technical marketing, preferably in industrial / automation sectors
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and campaign execution
Analytical with ability to interpret sales and market data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM and marketing tools is an advantage
