Job Objectives
Your main mission will be to guarantee the conformity of a product / service to the quality requirements, and support the on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty. You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects / initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying / facilitating improvements to increase :
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Reliability of processes
- Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects / initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying / facilitating improvements to increase process performance and product adherence to standards / Reliability of processes / Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any- process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.Drive local and global Process activitiesLead and facilitate problem solving of your areaLead Quality Feedback Loops with our customers (internal and external)Analyze and lead eradication of Non Quality (DRs, Customer Claims, ..) through Quality and AOS standardsDrive efficiency through digitalization transformation of our standardsPart of a Global team responsible for the Quality Processes, Performance and Transformation of the Airbus / Satair Material Management Services (definition and maintenance of processes, process adherence, process improvement, performance management, digitalization ..), driving local footprintIn a close collaboration with the local operational teams (Quality, Warehouse, Customer Resolution, ..) and being ASOQX focal point within the different MFTsJob Requirements
Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or having equivalent professional experience) degree or a related disciplineAviation Quality requirements and standardsProblem solving methodology / 9S and statistics analysisLean principles / Airbus Operating SystemPrevious experience in an industrial area (ideally, Quality inspection, Warehouse management, ..)Knowledge of Airbus NoE, QSR, CAPRI processes and objects would be a plusDigital skills : Skywise, Google Suite (G-Form, G-Sheets, APP Sheet, ..), SAP. IT / Coding kills would be a plusAutonomous and proactive; while having a strong team mindset and working in a collaborative approach; in order to build trust and drive excellenceStrong networking and stakeholder management skillsStrong interpersonal skills in communication
