Julian Grey’s client is a global semiconductor equipment provider, specializing in inspection solutions for various industries. They have offices in APAC and are seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

Specify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment.
Conceptualize and establish the architecture of innovative equipment.
Engineer mechanical systems, incorporating the selection and utilization of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
Generate intricate engineering drawings.
Conduct design verification and validation testing to guarantee adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and product requisites.
Enhance the design of existing machines.
Utilize analysis tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA, etc. to optimize processes.

Requirements

5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design

Expertise in designing automation and high precision machinery, including High-Speed Pick and Place mechanisms

Proficient in 3D CAD software and equipment troubleshooting

Capable of producing detailed mechanical drawings and applying knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
