Conduct on - the - Job training according to specified duties required by clients
Provide support for Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues
Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on regular basis
Provide timely updates and reports
Ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements :
GCE 'O', 'A' or Diploma or Degree in any field
Customer Service uniform group like Police or investigation background or army / SCDF or related are welcome
Excellent communication skills and a "people" person
Good interpersonal skills. dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with people.
