Live Commerce & Marketing Specialist

A leading tech MNC

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
  • We are looking for a Live Commerce & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who is proficient in livestream marketing.
  • The role will start out as a contractual assignment.

The Talent

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in live streaming, e-commerce , and digital marketing .
  • Strong understanding of live commerce platforms and onsite marketing tools (e.g. Shopee Live, TikTok Shop Live, Affiliate Marketing Solutions, on / off-platform ads).
  • Excellent communication skills to manage regional platform partners and third-party relationships, and to influence internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines across multiple projects, and deliver on sales targets.
  • Highly analytical , with a performance-driven mindset.

    • Job Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve sales and ROI targets across partner channels (e.g. sponsored search, display, social, affiliate marketing, external traffic).
  • Manage budget allocation and optimize spend efficiency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee and coordinate the scheduling and execution of live commerce sessions across regions to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track and analyze live session performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, sales, and viewer retention.
  • Align live commerce activities with regional marketing objectives and key product launches.
  • Research and compile best practices from global and regional markets to continuously enhance live commerce strategies.
  • Document and share successful formats, trends, and tactics to establish a cross-regional knowledge base.
  • Apply lessons learned to continuously improve audience engagement, product storytelling, and sales conversion through live sessions.
