Responsibilities :
- Shaping the company's culture, provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
- Overseeing and compensations & benefits and Training & development of human resource functions.
- Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
- Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
Requirements :
