Job description

Responsibilities :

Shaping the company's culture, provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
Overseeing and compensations & benefits and Training & development of human resource functions.
Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.

Requirements :

Min Degee / Master in HRM or Administration.

Min 5-8 years of relevant Exp

Preferably with compensation and benefits exp.

Well verse in Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Able to work independently and as a team
