Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm

Contract Duration : 6 Months, Extendable based on performance

Salary : $13 - $20 per hour

Job Scope :

• Attend to daily enquiries and escalations from the public via emails and phone calls
• Sort, triage, and manage incoming public cases effectively
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
