The Assistant / Manager, Planning is responsible to plan, schedule and develop sub-programs for projects undertaken by the Company.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables timelines
- Collaborate and communicate with operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders
- Responsible to adjust plans and schedules accordingly to accommodate variations
- Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.
- Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims / obligations
The Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years' relevant experience in construction industryProficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6Meticulous, highly motivated and independentExcellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
