Job descriptionBachelors Degree and above in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or other related engineering discipline Minimum 3 years experience in test automation Skilled with Jenkins, Cucumber, Behave or similar test automation suites Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging Proficient in Linux and scripting languages Familiarity with Jira and Git Experience in business intelligence, big data or data aalytics Experience in testing Rest APIs Fluency English Experience in Python is considered an added advantage Understanding Mobile Telecom concepts based on 3GPP standards, protocols, and basic callflows is considered a plus
YOUR ROLE AS TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER
- As Test Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automated tests, for new and existing products, to ensure consistent high quality.
- You will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches and new releases, and ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.
- You will also liaise with development and product teams to identify requirements and estimate, priorities, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- You will identify, record, document and monitor bugs, and track quality assurance metrics.
- You will put into action your software testing skills and, together, we will build a state-of-the art framework for UI and backend testing responsibilities.
