Roles & Responsibilities

SOFRA TURKISH CAFÉ & RESTAURANT

We are looking for Turkish Cruisine chef to join our Kitchen team.

  • Knowledge of Turkish and Mediterranean Cruisine.
  • Ability to teach fellow chef, team-players.
  • Good customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and at least six months of kitchen experience are preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills – must interact with other chefs, management, and kitchen staff to receive instructions, feedback, and assistance.
  • Reading skills – the ability to read and comprehend well is necessary
  • Flexibility – may be required to work alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
