Job description

Job Description

Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm and currently hiring a Senior Consultant. They are rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance.

What you will be doing 】

  • Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.
  • Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
  • Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
  • Analyze the workload of each project and task Adjust the master schedule of each project
  • Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for the IT department
  • Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
  • Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
  • Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)

Qualifications

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • At least 3 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience in IT project
  • Experience in consulting
  • Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are required)
  • Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Client-facing experience
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening / Writing / Speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
