Job Responsibilities
1.Curriculum planning and teaching
Engages in planning, implementing, pedagogical documentation and assessment of child outcomes to ensure the attainment of individualized and group goals for children.
2.Operation excellence
Supports the day-to-day school and class SOP’s and operational functions pertaining to children’s care and well-being, health, hygiene and safety practices.
3.Building customer relations
Builds and maintains rapport and consistent personalized interactions with all children and parents, engages in daily communications with parent, and maintaining customer-centric parent partnerships and service standards.
4.Continuous professional learning
Participates and contributes to professional practices like learning circles, collaborative planning sessions to promote self-development and to benefit from the school community’s collaborations and networking activities.
Requirements :
At least a Diploma (ideally a Bachelor degree) in Music
Excellent communication skills – spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures
Capacity to teach and the aptitude to interact and work with children
