Drive the provisioning of secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS infrastructure through code, embracing Infrastructure as Code with teams across the organization to advocate for reliability and scalability best practices throughout the development lifecycle, setting an example for others to automation and develop tools to reduce manual intervention and eliminate toil, improving efficiency and metrics and traces to effectively observe systems, providing valuable data and insights for continuous data-driven alerts to proactively identify and escalate issues, working with development teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and enhance ’s how you’ll be making an impact :

• Scalable Infrastructure : Use your expertise to scale our SaaS architecture, ensuring it can support the needs of our growing user base and evolving business requirements.
• Reliability Improvement : Implement reliability best practices and develop SRE-managed services and tools to enhance the reliability of our systems, minimizing downtime and improving user experience.

Automation Enhancement : Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention, enabling teams to focus on high-value tasks and innovation.
