To provide preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning service and troubleshooting to highly specified sterliztaion and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Healthcare environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the installatio and commissioning of new equipment, often involving custom configurations according to Getinge's protocol.
• Perform both routine maintenance and advanced repairs, including the calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., sterilziation efficacy, safety protocols).
• Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and rectify problems in electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Follow the company service protocols and fill out the checklist and service reports as per the company requirement.
• Provide technical training to customers and sometimes to less experience technicians.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to y ou as an individual and of Service department.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
• Occasionally support regional customers and distributors.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and / or Manager.
