Responsibilities : Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Perform regular system updates, patching, and upgrades to maintain security and performance standards. Execute impact assessments and testing for infrastructure changes under the direction of senior team members. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Provide support for backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability. Requirements : At least 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server components, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, IIS, and File Server. Familiarity with PowerShell and Command Prompt commands and scripting. Good communication skills in both spoken and written.
