Evalulate tenders received & reviewing constructionplans
Assess tenders, review specifications& recommend products that comply to requirements
Prepare costing, quotations & specificationscomparison chart for the tendering process
Liaising with contractors for tenderinformation
Preparing other documents forsubmission
Discussion with salesman on thetender process
Carry out other contractsadministration tasks

JobSpecifications

At least 1 year relevant working experience in buildingconstruction industry

NITEC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Team player

Strong analytical andnumerical skills.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
