Job Description
- Maintain Alertness to Deter, Detect and Delay any crime or incidents.
- Protection of the Safety and security of the premises, students, teachers and assets.
- Maintaining the Clients and Company image.
- Managing of Control Room.
- Handling Enquires / Monitoring of Visitors, Residents (Walk-In / Drive-In).
- Handling Enquires / Monitoring of Sub-Contractors / Term Contractors.
- Handling / Monitoring of Movers / Renovations works / incidents.
- Managing Drive-in and Drop off area.
- Attend and report of all incidents to management.
- Patrol and clocking.
- Traffic control / Illegal parking.
- Crime prevention.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Access control monitoring.
- General building facilities monitoring.
- Liaise with management on all other duties and responsibilities.
