Duties &Responsibilites

• Warehouse Operations Management : Oversee all daily warehouse activities, ensuringoptimal performance, productivity, and adherence to operationalguidelines. Coordinate and manage warehouse operations, includingreceiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping ofgoods.
• Inventory Control : Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels andsupervise regular stock counts. Implement systems to minimizediscrepancies, ensure proper documentation, and prevent stockoutsor overstocking.
• StaffSupervision & Development : Lead and supervise ateam of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and supportto ensure high performance. Schedule work assignments, monitorprogress, and address any performance issues. Foster a culture ofteamwork, efficiency, and safety.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements toenhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve thecustomer experience. Develop and manage KPIs to measure performanceagainst company goals.
• Health& Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a clean and safeworking environment.
• Vendor& Supplier Coordination : Liaise with suppliers,vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely and accuratedelivery of goods. Manage the inbound and outbound logisticsprocess, including transportation planning anddocumentation.
• BudgetManagement : Assist in budget preparation and ensureadherence to cost control measures. Optimize warehouse costswithout compromising service quality.
• Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations,including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and any operationalchallenges. Maintain accurate documentation for inventory,shipments, and staff activities.
