JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Creative / Junior Graphic Designer to support the team in our visual & branding needs. The ideal Doll will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects. You will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. If you are passionate about beauty and e-commerce, we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Layout : Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as social media viasual, brochures, POSMs and packaging.
Develop compelling layouts for websites nd social media graphics.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaborate with printers and developers to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct research to identify target audiences and their preferences.
