Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance and maintain eCommerce systems and websites using .NET Framework 4.5 (and above), C#, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server 2014 (and above) and PostgreSQL.
• Develop Restful APIs for Front-of-House systems.
• Provide day-to-day support, configuration, administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of Front-of-House systems, such as eCommerce systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Maintain relevance of systems, processes, and documentation.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. Monitor progress and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage deliverables and performance.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide support to the business during and after office hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
