Job description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare teamintervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintain currenthealth, and promote patients' well-being. You will identify andresolve drug-related problems as well as recommended appropriatedrug therapy to ensure safe and effective drug distribution andoutcomes. These include active participation in regular inpatientclinical rounds and / or ambulatory care clinics, as well asdispensing medications and counselling patients on their medicationtreatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate druginformation, and provide education to the general public, patients,students, and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining tosafe and effective medication use. In addition, you will also beinvolved in research efforts in clinicalareas.

Requirements :

Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist inSingapore;
Prior or current expertise in theareas of Intensive Care and Aseptics / Total Parenteral Nutritionalwould be highly considered for the role;
Goodlistening and communication skills; and
Enjoysinteracting with people of all levels.
