What you can offer to us : As an Assistant Producer, you will oversee production end to end all through a creative execution lens which includes : Developing production solutions and strategies to drive the team Attend to project inquiries and work directly with the client to understand business objectives and briefs Translating an idea or story into the desired end product Assisting the producers in planning, develop and executing all stages of pre-production to post-production with relevant stakeholders Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations Handling casting, auditions, locations, and hiring of freelancers for relevant projects Plan and manage post-production timelines while keeping the client up to date on progress Managing the creative team’s day-to-day operations, timelines, and budgets Work closely with the Producers on day-to-day Procure, review and negotiate production estimates.

What we need from you : Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a team Well-versed with all processes involved in a product project Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing, and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects Knowledge on Production Disciplines Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint This role is for Singaporeans only.    Powered by JazzHR
