Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and ElectronicEngineering (EEE) https : / / www.ntu.edu.sg / eee is one ofthe founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Builton a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its highacademic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEEschools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and anenrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduatestudents.

We now invite applications for theposition of Assistant Manager, StudentDevelopment.

Reporting to the AssistantDirector, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical andElectronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a vital role inenhancing the campus experience for our students through thecoordination and support of student club activities andevents.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Provideleadership, coordinate and execute diverse student club activitiesand events.
• Manage event logistics, includingvenue selection and equipment setup.
• Allocatebudgets and track financial expenditure for eachevent.
• Prepare and analyse reports and makerecommendations to management.
• Implementeffective communication strategies to engage students andstakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence toStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and universitypolicies.
• Oversee inventory management andprocurementprocesses.
