Key Account Manager / Customer Service Manager (Marine Offshore Industry) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Marine Offshore Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication link with Customer Center and HQ Sales team, responding promptly to urgent enquiries and handling complaints.
• Drive sales revenue for business in local docking shipyards and site projects within the local branch office.
• Lead the team and serve as a “sounding board” and sparring partner for fellow key account managers.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on operational and client-related matters.
• Liaise with the Logistics Manager and Transport Planner to ensure smooth, complete, and timely deliveries of customer orders.
• Serve as the main point-of-contact for customers, including office staff, vessel crew, and site teams.
• Manage quotations issued by the sales & quotation team.
• Handle itinerary changes and re-routing consequences, offering effective solutions.
• Attend to last-minute customer requests and urgent requirements.
• Source and procure alternative products in the local market when necessary.
• Host and entertain customers during visits to the local office.
