Your Role :

As a Claims Specialist - Client Solutions Advisor , you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their peace of mind.

You'll assist clients with navigating their claims journey and guide them toward securing better protection for their future needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide professional support to clients through their claims process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent care, regular updates, and proactive service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, claims processes, and client needs through continuous training and development.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Local Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Minimum Diploma qualification (any field — we value attitude and aptitude)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin — to support our diverse client base
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, warm, and solution-focused
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and professionalism
