About the role

As a Technician at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the electrical and electronic systems that power our properties. Job Description :

• Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical and electronic systems and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and carry out repairs as needed
• Install and configure new electrical and electronic components
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations
