Job Description :
- Assist to improve communication between the Company and the Landlords (Department Store, Shopping Mall) regarding administrative matters
- Serve as a liaison between the Company and Suppliers to manage logistics, procure ingredients, and coordinate critical matters directed by superiors
- Create promotional materials for stores, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Maintain seamless communication with outsourcing companies to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and scan the financial documents and upload to the system
- Maintain and update DONQ SG social media
