Air Freight Operation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to join our operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end coordination of air freight shipments Import and Export, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate movement of cargo.
• Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays or issues, and keep customers updated.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
