Summary : We are seeking
an experienced Procurement Manager to
oversee and manage procurement operations across multiple business
units. This role involves leading a team, developing procurement
strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely,
cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. The ideal
candidate has strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor
negotiations, and contract management, particularly in a
project-driven or industrial
environment.

Responsibilities : Lead
and manage the procurement team to enhance operational efficiency
and performance.
Develop and execute
procurement strategies aligned with organizational
goals.
Oversee and coordinate all purchasing
activities across the group.
Establish and
maintain effective procurement systems and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews of purchasing needs and ensure
timely fulfillment of materials and services.
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry
developments to inform sourcing decisions.
Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender documents; conduct
bid analysis and contract negotiations.
Recommend, review, and approve supplier contracts,
focusing on value and quality.
Authorize
purchase orders and review payment approvals in line with financial
controls.
Manage asset disposal processes in
compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company
policies and relevant legal requirements.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without
compromising quality.
Provide strategic input
on contract awards and support the establishment of favorable
contract terms.
Lead procurement analysis and
tender evaluations to support business
decisions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5
years of experience in procurement, ideally within a project-based
or industrial environment (e.g., precast or ready-mix).
Must have experience in building materials manufacturing
companies /
Proven expertise in tender
processes, contract review, and supplier negotiations.
Strong communication and vendor management
skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to
support project documentation and adhere to timelines.
Collaborative, proactive approach with strong
problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with
the BCA index or similar procurement frameworks is an
advantage.
