Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding the vision and strategy of our products, ensuring they meet user needs while driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and sales—to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and align with our strategic objectives. Role and Responsibilities

Assess and comprehend user needs along with overarching business objectives that a product or feature aims to fulfill throughout its lifecycle.
Conduct market analysis to gather user requirements and shape the product vision.
Collaborate with clients , the product owner, and development teams to align product development strategies.
Guide product development to ensure it addresses user needs effectively and contributes to business growth.
Prioritise product features and communicate the rationale to stakeholders.
Analyse competitor activity and data to guide product development decisions.
Lead a cross-functional team to ensure smooth product execution and management throughout its lifecycle.
Define key benefits and value propositions associated with the product.
Ensure timely product releases , including updates and maintenance activities.
Document clearly for execution and delivery.
Define product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for data-driven decision making.
Monitor usage and adoption post-launch.
Collect feedback post-launch and iterate continuously for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of work experience in product management.

Good technical product handling experience along with experience in software development.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Prioritisation Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and features effectively based on stakeholder input, market data, and strategic goals.

Analytical Skills : Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and measure product performance.

Leadership and Collaboration : Ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding team members towards common goals.
