Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the law firm, including updating records, managing correspondence, emails, faxes and billing matters
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks
- Assist with other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' levels
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of e-litigation systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Work location: Chinatown Point
- Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Immediate availability is an advantage
