Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices that align with our commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sustainability, a passion for driving positive change, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices into daily operations and business processes Analyze and report on key sustainability metrics, communicating progress and impact through the Annual Sustainability Report, Employee Townhall, K&S website and to the ESG Council Disclose sustainability information through customer surveys, ESG questionnaires and identify ESG gaps for closure Coordinate and report on initiatives to reduce environmental impact, eg. energy consumption, carbon emissions, paper usage, water usage and waste recycling Support the development of interactive online ESG training courses Manage the administration of the Quality Portal Support Product Compliance program and Go Green Team objectives Collaborate with K&S Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) representatives, non-profit and government organizations to support CSR initiatives Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, carbon footprint measurement and / or environmental regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sustainability engineering, environmental management, or a similar role within a corporate setting is desirable
Preferred knowledge in risk assessments, life cycle assessment and management system frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
