We're looking for a
versatile and passionate marketer to join our
team!
As a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager /
Manager in EXEO Global, you'll help to drive the Group's marketing
strategies and work closely with the team on digital marketing
campaigns, and help to plan, develop and execute digital marketing
strategies to ensure consistent and strong online exposure of EXEO
Global's brands, products and services across our global
markets.
You'll be part of a lean and dynamic
corporate marketing team that seeks to help each of EXEO Global's
brands achieve greater synergies across sales and marketing
processes, as well as greater effectiveness in their inbound and
outbound marketing
campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Group Sales, product owners and
internal marketing teams to build content, as well as develop
digital marketing strategies and plans that align with strategic
objectives and business outcomes.
Work
together with the team on website development, building informative
/ interactive content and user experiences that help draw in
quality inbound leads.
Work alongside our
Digital Marketing Manager in Indonesia to drive the implementation
of Hubspot Marketing and Sales Hub, and drive data consolidation
across business entities
Support marketing
technology tool implementation across EXEO Global and its
entities
Develop and execute digital marketing
strategies and campaigns including but not limited to paid
advertising and search engine optimisation.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and work together
with the team to drive the full implementation from ideation to
execution.
Measure and report on the
performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against
goals
Work together with the team to decide on
how best to support partner programs, channel programs and
end-customer lead generation campaigns in each market
Ensure ROI on digital campaign initiatives are
continuously improved and evaluated.
Provide
support for corporate events (including offline with corporate
marketing
team)
Requirements :
Min 5-8 years of proven experience developing and
executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns in technology
/ engineering industries
Strong interest in
marketing technologies, and in supporting the implementation
digital projects.
Proficient in use of
Hubspot / Salesforce or other key marketing tools with strong
working knowledge of other marketing automation platforms and
digital marketing and analytics tools
Strong
understanding of the marketing funnel, campaign KPIs, and digital
conversion strategies
Regional knowledge and
management of digital marketing landscape across APAC is a
plus
Fluent in English and / or additional
languages preferred, both written and spoken due to interactions
with local teams and partners across various countries
Thrives in a lean, fast-paced working environment with
excellent time management and organisational skills
Has a university degree with majors in Computer Science,
Marketing, or equivalent work experience
This
position is part of the corporate marketing team and reports to the
VP, Marketing & Communications in EXEO
