Responsibilities
Reporting to HR Manager / Senior HR, this incumbent is responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource services and support including assisting in the preparation of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process of local and overseas employees including work pass matters relating to application, renewals, termination
- Liaise with regulatory / authorities for employment matters, e.g. Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Ministry of Health, Singapore Medical Council, Allied Health Professionals
- Manage staff movements, contract renewals, attend and manage both frontline and office employees’ queries
- On-boarding and ensuring full integration into company and also off-boarding for all employees
- Assist in the process of monthly payroll using SmartHRMS HR & Payroll system as well as maintain and update employee records and personal data in HRIS system
- Manage performance review, annual salary review and bonus payment processes
- Involve, manage HR projects and organise employee engagement activities
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or relevant qualificationPossess at least 2 years human resources experience as a 360 HR practitionerMeticulous, possess numerical critical reasoning skillsSystematic and well organizedHigh level of integrity, good communication skillsAble to manage ever-changing business and regulatory landscapeProficient with Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerpointAble to start work immediately or within short noticeTell employers what skills you have
