Roles and Responsibilities
1. Order Processing : Accurately process customer orders, including data entry and verification.
2. Order Management : Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.
3. Customer Communication : Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.
4. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
5. Returns and Refunds : Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
Qualification Requirements
