Admin (with accounting duties)
Working hours & days : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Location : Admiralty / Woodlands MRT

Responsibilities :
- Handle company's general administrative functions - e-mails / stationery / banking matters (drop cheque)
- Attend to incoming calls and customers.
- Issuing invoice to customers
- Filing, photocopying and scanning of relevant documents
- Assists in company's accounting functions -support finance department
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
- Must be a team player
Requirements :
Min Diploma or Degree HolderAble to write and speak in Chinese & English (as the role requires communication with government agencies, customers and all workers)Proficient in MS Office / Accounting SoftwareGood coordination and communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently with an excellent working attitude and willing to learnAble to commence work immediately or within short noticeKindly send your resume to :
