Manufacturing Engineer / West / $4500 - $7500 + VB #ECT - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize manufacturing processes, including fixture and gauge design.
• Prepare NC programs for 5-axis milling (Aluminium, Titanium, Inconel 718), including tooling design and selection.
• Develop probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, and dimension checks.
• Control machining cycle times and overall costs (cycle time, tooling, cutters).
• Implement Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing for continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule operations using ERP systems.
• Handle quotations and manage production programs.
• Troubleshoot non-conformance issues with the MRB team.
• Conduct test cuts for new products and improve existing production parts.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
