Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Research on novel device development, including performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with the project team.
Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
Design the device test key & layout study, and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test).
Performing well-thought-out experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.

Requirements :

Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or other relevant field studies.

Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.

Strong device physics knowledge base (BCD, CMOS, DMOS, PDK) and solid device analysis skills.

Hands-on experience in layout work is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and performance driven.
