Senior / Sales Specialist (Medical Surgical)

Overview

Senior / Sales Specialist (Medical Surgical) role at Stryker. This role assists in the execution of the MedSurg business strategy for Singapore by promoting and selling our products, services and solutions to current and new customers. The role also aims to meet growth targets and deliver levels of service and professionalism aligned with the regional strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly sales forecast and work to meet sales targets; support demos / case requirements in the Operating Theatre.
• Identify untapped business opportunities, formulate account strategies and ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
• Provide regular market and competitor updates, sharing findings about market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders (e.g., Surgeons, Nurse Managers).
• Manage and implement local sales strategies and execution in line with country objectives.
• Periodically prepare sales performance analyses including results, forecasts and critical issues as needed.
• Conduct regular product in-service and product presentations to customers.
• Support marketing initiatives including trade shows and other key events.
