Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the Design Team in executing facade design works.
• Plan and organize design tasks to meet construction schedule.
• Provide guidance and allocate work to team members, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Ensure that design deliverables, drawings, and other outputs meet required standards and specifications.
• Identify and communicate any additional work or variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for approval.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Main Contractor, and other parties involved in the project.
• Assist the site team in resolving site clashes and interface issues.
• Participate in workshops and lead the review and comment process for shop drawings, ensuring constructability and design quality.
• Manage the design change process, minimizing impact on project schedule and cost.
• Resolve unforeseen interface problems during different design phases.
