Job Description & Requirements
We Looking for site manager , the main responsibilities are as follows :
Supervise and manage the site, including the procurement of construction materials and the work arrangements of site personnel
Monitor project progress against established timelines and address any deviations or delays proactively.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and workforce allocation.
Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and manpower are available for uninterrupted progress.
Manage site-related costs, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure the project stays within the approved budget.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, contract terms, building codes, and relevant regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site.
Plan ahead to prevent problems on site and resolve any emerging issues or conflicts during construction.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is often preferred or required for more senior roles.
At least 8 years of proven work experience in construction site management or a similar role
Experience in managing various types of construction projects (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure, HDB, LTA) may be specified depending on the company's focus
