Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a fresh graduate or early-career Biotechnologist to join our team in Singapore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment . You will be involved in bioprocess operations, quality control, and process optimization to support the production of life-saving therapies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in upstream (cell culture, fermentation) and / or downstream (purification, filtration) bioprocessing.
- Operate and monitor bioprocess equipment such as bioreactors, filtration systems, and chromatography units .
- Conduct in-process testing and quality control checks to ensure batch consistency.
- Maintain accurate batch records, SOPs, and regulatory documentation .
- Support validation and calibration activities for bioprocessing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QC, and engineering.
Requirements :
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or laboratory setting (internships or final-year projects in bioprocessing are a plus).Basic understanding of bioprocess techniques, GMP regulations, and quality control .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :
Hands-on experience from internships, academic research, or biomanufacturing projects .Familiarity with bioreactors, chromatography, or filtration systems .Tell employers what skills you have
