Roles & Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, and identify trends and risks.
• Team Supervision : Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Policy & Procedure Development : Create and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring their proper use.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and legal requirements.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow : Monitor organizational spending, manage budgets, and oversee cash flow.
• Internal Controls & Audits : Conduct and oversee internal audits and reviews to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Strategic Support : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
