Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, especially residential projects Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations and activities at the construction site.
- Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with structural plans, specifications, and relevant standards.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of daily and weekly site activities to meet project timelines.
- Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
