Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Deploy and support cybersecurity solutions, including implementation, upgrades, and configuration of enterprise security products.
  • Provide professional services by managing customer projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Offer practical and effective solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Conduct product training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Continuously upskill and obtain relevant technical certifications.
  • Share expertise and assist in building capabilities within support and maintenance teams.
  • Support sales and presales efforts with technical input, product clarification, and implementation insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Qualifications : Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in IT, IS, or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in IT or cybersecurity. (Fresh graduates may be considered for an Associate Engineer role.)
  • Technical knowledge in :
  • Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS / IPS, Web Proxy, DNS, Email Security, SIEM, Virtualization, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps / DevSecOps, IAM, PAM, Endpoint Security.
  • Troubleshooting expertise in : Routing, NAT, VLAN, TCP / IP, OSPF, BGP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH, etc.
  • Certifications (preferred) : CCNA / CCNP, Check Point CCSE / CCSM, CyberArk, Trellix, ArcSight, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP, etc.
  • Bonus skills : Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Keen interest in emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
